Rep Code Policy:

Rep codes, provided by our affiliates or representatives, are a way for us to show appreciation for your loyalty and support. However, to ensure fairness and transparency, we have implemented the following policy regarding rep codes:

  • Each purchase is limited to the use of one rep code.
  • If multiple rep codes are found to be used in a single purchase, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Return Policy: Damages and Issues

At Little Joy Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return policy below:

Return Requests: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (i.e., unworn or unused).
  • It should include all original tags and be in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at orders@shoplittlejoy.co. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We take the quality of our products seriously. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any of the following issues, contact us immediately:

  • Defective or faulty items
  • Damaged items
  • Receipt of the wrong item

We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the eligibility of your specific item for return, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the original item following our return process. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed minus the original shipping amount paid, however there is an exception for the following situations:

  1. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a replacement or full refund, including the original shipping fee paid.

  2. Error on Our Part: If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping fee paid.

For all other returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
